As a young woman, I had the great fortune to be “au pair” with a family in the French Alps, with whom I began my lifelong love of France. Returning to the U.S., I received my teaching credential in French. During my summer breaks from teaching, I offered small group tours for people of all ages.
I always loved the phenomenal artisanal cheeses of Europe, so I decided to combine my love of France, cheese and wine with travel.There is no better way to do this than to share my passions with others .
To that end, early in 2006, I completed the Master Class in cheese at The Artisanal Cheese Center in New York and created C’est Cheese Tours, LLC.
C'est Cheese Tours is dedicated to offering small intimate tours to people around the world who are interested in artisanal cheeses and wines. My colleagues and I are excited to bring to you our spring Cheese and Wine Tour to Paris and Burgundy.
